Integrating and Deriving Evidence, Experience and Preferences (Presenting evidence-based health information for people with MS)

In collaboration with Centre for Health Communication and Participation Australian Institute for Primary Care & Ageing, Istituto di Ricerche Farmacologiche Mario Negri, Associazione Italiana Sclerosi Multipla (AISM), we have developed a project (IN-DEEP project), to facilitate knowledge translation for consumers.  The Australian and Italian teams have each created a web-site for people with MS and their family members that presents the evidence about a selection of MS treatments.  We use Cochrane reviews with other explanations and prompts to make the evidence meaningful and personally applicable.
