The Cochrane Colloquium 2026 will be held in Kraków, Poland, from 8 to 10 December 2026, at the ICE Kraków Congress Centre. This year's host is Cochrane Poland, based at the Jagiellonian University Medical College, one of the oldest universities in Europe.
The theme is "Cochrane Evidence: Living, Trusted, Transformed" : an invitation to reflect on how evidence generation and use is evolving in a rapidly changing world, shaped by new technologies, innovative methods, and emerging global health challenges. Satellite events are planned for 7 December.
Who should attend?
The Colloquium welcomes everyone interested in evidence-based medicine: researchers, clinicians, methodologists, epidemiologists, patients, students, and policymakers. It is one of the few occasions where the global scientific community gathers to discuss the most pressing questions in evidence synthesis.
